Directions to 212 Arrowhead Blvd., Jonesboro, GA 30236:  From I-75, take exit 235, going south on US 19-41 (Old Dixie Road).  Turn west on Upper Riverdale Road toward the hospital (Southern Regional Medical Center).  A shopping center is at the corner of US 19-41 and Upper Riverdale Road.  There is a stoplight at the corner of Arrowhead Blvd. and Upper Riverdale Road.  There is also an overhead sign marking Arrowhead Blvd.  A Shell gasoline station is on the corner of Arrowhead Blvd. and Upper Riverdale Road.  Whole Health Corrections is in the first office building on the east (left) side of the street.
