Fees and Policies

Fees are due at time of service.   Payment in cash or check; no credit cards.  Make checks payable to Elaine Davies

There is no insurance billing or reimbursement.

$95 … initial evaluation session  (90 minutes)

$65 … sessions thereafter regardless of duration

Sessions generally average 60 minutes

Group rate for attendance at a Conquering Emotional Overeating 6 session seminar is $35 per session or $150 if entire seminar is paid on first session.

$70… EFT phone sessions.   .  Elaine will initiate the phone call. 

Payment  for EFT phone sessions may be made through PayPal®, which allows you to use a credit card or draw from your own personal bank account.  PayPal now uses direct credit card processing.  You no longer need to create a PayPal account to pay with your MasterCard or Visa.  Another advantage of PayPal is that Elaine immediately receives it, and she does not have access to any of your account information.  There is never a charge for you to send a PayPal payment, nor to register to become a PayPal user.

Cancelled or Missed Appointments:

Fees are voided if at least 24 hours advance notice is given.  If less than 24 hour notice is given, the fees are voided only if another client is able to use the appointment time.
